Unitech Group

Our office is over in Vikas Puri, at Dgiii/346. It’s a pretty standard spot in New Delhi, nothing that really jumps out at you when you’re driving by. Unitech Group has been around for a long time, and this office is where a lot of the actual daily grind happens. We deal with a lot of files, maps, and property documents. It’s not the kind of place you see in glossy magazines. There are stacks of paper on almost every desk, and the filing cabinets are definitely full. We spend most of our time answering questions from people about their homes or projects. Sometimes it’s frustrating when things move slowly with the permits or the construction, and we feel that too. The atmosphere in the office is just regular people working hard. We know the neighbors, and we know which days the traffic on the main road is going to be a nightmare. We don't have a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just try to give people the information they need and keep things moving as best as we can. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or picked up nearby. It’s a local business feel even though the name is well-known. We just show up every morning, unlock the door at Dgiii/346, and get to work on whatever is sitting on the top of the pile that day. It’s just how we do things in Vikas Puri.
