Showtime Events

Showtime Events is based at the Air Force Station. It’s an interesting place to have an office, and it definitely isn't your typical business setting. We spend most of our time planning and setting up for various events and shows. It is a lot of hard work. We are usually the ones carrying heavy boxes, setting up stages, and making sure the lights work. It’s not a glamorous life. Our clothes usually get a bit dirty and we are always on our feet. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you with a smile. We are usually too busy fixing a broken cable or talking to a vendor about a delivery that is late. Things don't always go according to the plan, and we have to figure out how to solve problems quickly. We don't use big words or talk about our mission. We just want to make sure the event happens without too many mistakes. It’s a lot of stress sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we know how much effort it takes. We are just a group of regular people who like working on events. We show up, do the heavy lifting, and try to get everything ready before the guests arrive. That’s our day, every single time.
