Our place is at 190A Shiv Vihar West, over in the Vikas Nagar part of Vikas Puri. Tour Corporation India isn't a massive building; it's more of a local hub for people planning trips. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while. The streets around here can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings. We handle all sorts of travel plans, from quick weekend breaks to longer journeys. It’s mostly us sitting at our desks, talking to drivers and checking hotel availability. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We're just people who know the travel industry well enough to help others. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. We keep a lot of records on paper still, because it feels more reliable sometimes. Vikas Puri is where we live and work, so we see our customers at the market or the tea stall. It makes us want to do a decent job because we have to face these people every day. We don't have a marketing department. We just have our office and our phones. If you need to go somewhere, we figure out how to make it happen without making it overly complicated. That’s our daily routine here at the shop. We like the pace of things in Shiv Vihar West. It’s not perfect, but it’s our way of doing business in the travel world.
