Our office for Rathi Tmt Saria P Ltd is over at Sra-44A in the Shipra Rivera Appartement complex. If you know Indra Puram in Ghaziabad, you know it is a busy place with a lot of people moving around. We have set up shop here to handle the distribution of saria for various building projects. It gets quite hot in the summers, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we check the manifests. We deal with a lot of paperwork every single day. There are always delivery notes to sign and phone calls to answer from drivers who are lost or running late. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our job well at this local level. The office feels like a second home to many of us since we spend so much time here. We don't have any corporate slogans or big posters on the walls, just some calendars and maps of the local area. It is a bit crowded sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent making sure the numbers match up and the steel is moving. It’s hard work and it can be messy, but that is the nature of the construction business in U.P. We just keep our heads down and stay busy from morning till evening.
