Gagan Aluminium & Hardware

Our place is located at 3198/3199 in the Paharganj area. It is a double unit, which helps because we carry both aluminium sections and a variety of hardware supplies. Paharganj is a tough place to navigate if you are not from here, but we are right in the thick of it. The shop stays busy from morning till night. We spend a lot of time moving heavy aluminium rails around and counting out hinges or handles for customers. It is dusty work and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings, but that is part of the job. We do not have a fancy showroom with lights and carpets. It is just shelves and racks holding everything together. Most people who come in are local workers or builders who know exactly what they want. We just pull it from the stack and get it ready for them. The noise from the street outside never really stops, but after a few years, you just stop hearing it. We like being in this part of town because there is always something happening. It is an honest living, just selling metal and hardware to the folks who need it for their daily work. We keep the doors open and just take things one customer at a time, making sure they get the right parts for their projects. It might be loud and a bit messy, but it is how we run things here.
