MBS

MBS is located at Defence Colony 37, right in the middle of the residential blocks. It’s a steady kind of place where the shelves are packed tight with all sorts of inventory. We carry a bit of everything, so you might see stacks of paper next to boxes of lightbulbs or cleaning supplies. The aisles are a little narrow, so if two people are trying to pass each other, one usually has to back out to make room. We don’t have any fancy signs or bright lights; it’s just a standard shop where we know where every single item is kept, even the small things hidden in the back drawers. The floor is made of grey stone that stays cool, and we have a heavy ceiling fan that wobbles a bit when it's on the highest setting. We spend a lot of time checking our lists and talking to the delivery guys who bring in the new stock every few days. A lot of our customers are people who have lived in Defence Colony for decades, and they usually stop to chat for a minute while we ring up their items. The cash drawer makes a loud ringing sound every time it opens, which is one of the most familiar noises in the shop. We don’t try to be anything special, just a reliable place where you can find what you need without a fuss.
