Fio Country Kitchen & Bar

The garden is where we spend most of our time, and being at the Garden of Five Senses in Lado Sarai makes for a different kind of workday. We’ve been here for a while now, and the trees and the open space are a nice change from the usual city noise. People usually stumble upon us when they are walking through the park or looking for a spot that isn't so crowded. We keep things pretty simple at Fio Country Kitchen & Bar. It is mostly about sitting outside and having a meal while looking at the greenery around the tables. It gets quite busy on the weekends, mostly families and couples out for a walk. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky, especially when it rains or gets too humid, but that is just how it is when your kitchen is basically in the middle of a park. We have some indoor seating too for those days when the heat is just too much. Most of the guys working here have been around for years. We just try to keep the tables clean and get the food out as fast as the kitchen allows. It isn't a fancy setup, just a kitchen and a bar tucked away in the trees. You can usually hear the birds or the wind instead of cars. We don't do much shouting about what we do. We just open up and get ready for the day.
