We are located at A-2/173B in Keshav Puram. It’s a residential-ish area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big market. We’ve been doing travel work from this spot for quite a few years now. Most of the time, we’re dealing with bookings, cars, and making sure people get where they need to go on time. It can be a bit chaotic during the wedding season or when everyone wants to go on vacation at the same time. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes we’re juggling three things at once. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. It’s just us. We know the roads around here well and we know which routes are best to avoid the traffic. People in Keshav Puram know us as the local travel guys. We try to be helpful and honest about what’s possible. If a train is likely to be late, we say so. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just book the tickets and organize the transport. It’s a lot of small details to manage, like checking dates and names over and over. But we’ve got a good system going now. It’s a steady business and we like the people we meet. Sometimes we share a meal in the office when things are too busy to go out. It keeps us going through the long shifts.
