You can find us on the second floor of J5/144 in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. It’s a pretty typical office for this area. You have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to get to us. The space isn't huge, but it fits our team and all our computers. We do various types of technical work and solutions. Most of the day is spent looking at screens and talking through different projects. It’s a bit of a walk from the metro station, but not too bad. We have a few desks pushed together and some shelves for our files. It’s definitely not a corporate skyscraper environment. We have a small water cooler and a place to keep our bags. Sometimes the neighborhood gets very busy, especially on the weekends, but we are usually here during the week. It’s a bit of a lived-in space with some old calendars on the walls and mismatching chairs. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or how they work, as long as the tasks get finished. It feels more like a small team working together than a big company. We just do our work and try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when it rains, but we've learned to just ignore it and keep typing.
