We've been here in Palam Colony for a while now. It's a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the traffic can be a real headache some mornings. Ideas Creative Services Pvt Ltd is just a small setup where we handle various design and creative tasks. There are a few of us in the office every day. It gets loud outside with the local market noise, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. Most of the time, we are just busy with the work on our screens. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just take a break until it comes back. That's just how things go here. We aren't trying to be some giant agency you see on TV. We just do the work that comes in. If you come by, you'll see us mostly staring at monitors or chatting about a project. Palam is a tight-knit area, so we know the local shops pretty well. It’s a decent place to work, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or corporate talk. Just people working together in a regular office in Delhi. We handle the day-to-day stuff and try to keep things moving. It’s nothing too complicated, really.
