We have been here at B-2/4 on the Main Road in Ganga Vihar for a good while now. If you know the Gokulpuri area, you know how busy and loud it gets out there. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a few desks and some chairs where people can sit down and talk about where they want to go for their next holiday. Usually, the fan is humming in the corner and someone is probably on the phone trying to figure out a train schedule or a flight price that actually makes sense. It is pretty noisy outside with all the traffic, but inside we just try to get things sorted for whoever walks in. People come in from the street, sometimes just to ask for directions or to see if we have any good ideas for a family trip. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps on the screen and writing down dates on scraps of paper. It gets a bit messy with all the brochures and registers lying around, but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break, then it is back to work. It is just how it goes here in this part of Delhi. We do not have a big corporate team, just us sitting here in Gokulpuri trying to make sure nobody gets stuck at an airport. It is a lot of talking and typing, but it keeps the day moving.
