We are based over at I-755 in Mangol Puri, New Delhi. It is a busy area and our office is right in the middle of it all. At E-Factor Entertainment, we don't really have a polished corporate environment. The space is mostly used for storing equipment and planning out the logistics for various shows. You will often see boxes piled up or people testing out lighting gear in the corners. It is a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of our time out on the road at different venues, so the office can be a bit quiet some days and then completely packed the next. We don't have a dedicated marketing person or a fancy lobby to greet people. Usually, one of the guys will just look up from their desk if you walk in. The building is a bit old and we are always trying to keep the dust off the desks. It is a very hands-on kind of job and we don't use a lot of fancy language to talk about it. We just make sure we have the right people and the right gear for whatever project is coming up. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when we have multiple events on the same weekend, but we just work through the lists and get it done. It is a lot of phone calls and checking and re-checking details. We are just a group of people trying to do decent work in the entertainment field.
