If you ever find yourself in West Patel Nagar, you’ve probably seen how packed the streets can get. Our office at 34/30 is right in the middle of it all. We’ve been operating Confluence Integrated Services from here for a good bit of time. It’s one of those spots in New Delhi where you can find anything you need within a five-minute walk, which is handy when we run out of printer ink or need a quick snack. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a workout, but it suits us just fine. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We handle a mix of different services, so the day never really looks the same. One morning we might be sorting through documents and by the afternoon we’re on calls trying to fix a logistics issue. It gets pretty noisy outside with the rickshaws and people talking, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of West Patel Nagar. We aren't a big corporate giant with glass walls; we’re just a small team trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of working, I suppose. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea at the corner. It’s just us, doing what we do every day.
