E Vent Solutions is located on the 3rd floor at No. 573 on the Main Road in Chirag. Being on the third floor means we get a good bit of exercise every day since the lift isn't always reliable. Our office is usually filled with random stuff from past events, like leftover banners or boxes of supplies we haven't put away yet. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time on the phone or coordinating with different vendors. Organizing events means a lot of things can go wrong, so we are usually busy fixing small problems before they become big ones. The main road outside is always loud with traffic, which we can hear even up here. We don't have a big team, just a handful of people who know how to get things done. We aren't into big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we're here late at night packing boxes for an event the next morning. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of planning. We don't have a fancy showroom to show off. Most of our real work happens on-site at different venues anyway. This office is just our home base where we keep our laptops and our coffee mugs. It’s a bit cramped, but it’s where all the planning happens for the next job. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
