Capital Tours

Capital Tours is situated at number 146 in Lajpat Nagar I. It is a pretty straightforward spot to find if you are walking through the market area. We have been at this location for quite some time and have seen the street change a lot over the years. Our office is just a regular room with some old furniture and a couple of computers that we use for all the bookings. We mostly deal with people who want to go on local trips or need a vehicle for a few days. We keep a big notebook on the main desk to write down all the inquiries that come in. It is not a high-tech place, but we make sure the information is recorded properly. Sometimes the tea man stops by and we take a short break, but usually, someone is always there to answer the phone. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the different travel requests. People in Lajpat Nagar often just drop in while they are out doing their shopping to ask about ticket prices. We give them the information and they usually come back later to finish the booking. It is a very local way of doing things and it works well for us and the people who live nearby.
