We operate out of No. 44 in Bijwasan. It’s a local place where we put together holiday packages for families and groups. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years, so a lot of our customers are actually our neighbors or people we know. It’s not a fancy office with a big storefront. Usually, we are just on the phone or checking flight prices on the computer. We try to find routes that make sense and don't cost too much. Planning a trip can be a headache, so we take that over for people. The office is small and filled with folders and old registers. We don’t do much advertising; people just know we are here at number 44. Sometimes we go out to meet clients if they can’t make it to us. The Bijwasan area is a bit tucked away, but it’s home for us. We handle everything from hotel stays to transport. It’s a lot of coordination, and things don't always go perfectly because travel is unpredictable, but we stay on top of it. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to keep everyone’s travel plans moving along smoothly without any big fuss. We enjoy the work because every trip is different. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to drivers to make sure things are on time and the schedule works out.
