Baldev Caterers Decorators

We operate Baldev Caterers Decorators out of our space in Mansrover Garden at F/A/333. This isn't a quiet office job by any means. Most of our time is spent loading trucks with heavy tents, folding chairs, and big cooking pots. When there is a wedding or a local function, we are usually the first ones there and the last ones to leave. The shop floor is often covered in colorful fabrics and strings of lights that we are checking before the next event. It’s a family-run thing and everyone pitches in when the busy season hits. We’ve seen many families in Mansrover Garden grow up, from their kids' birthdays to their weddings. We don't have a glossy brochure or a sales team. Usually, someone just calls us because they liked the food or the way we set up the stage at their cousin’s party. The kitchen area gets very hot in the summer but the cooks are used to it by now. We try to keep things simple and do what the person asks without making it complicated. Sometimes a pipe leaks or a cloth gets torn and we have to fix it on the spot. That is just how the catering business works in this neighborhood. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We just bring the food and the decorations so the event can go on. It’s hard work but we are used to the long hours and the heavy lifting.
