Our shop is located on Convent Road in Dehradun, right near the Press Club and the Tibati Market area. It’s a central part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. We focus on providing food items that people can take home or eat quickly while they are out shopping. The Tibati Market brings in a lot of crowds, especially during the colder months, so we see a lot of different people. It’s not a large place. We have a counter and some space for the items we prepare. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit cluttered when we get a big delivery of supplies. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighbors all know us. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just wake up, get the cooking started, and open the shutters. The weather in Dehradun can be a bit unpredictable, but we’re here rain or shine. Our staff is just a couple of local guys who know how to handle the busy hours. It’s a straightforward food business. We don't use any fancy packaging or high-end marketing tricks. If you're walking towards the Press Club, you'll see our sign. It’s just an honest local business trying to make a living in the city. We keep it simple and just focus on the food.
