Ess Ell Foods Limited

Our place, Ess Ell Foods Limited, is out in Village Chajjpura, which is under the Kailashpur post office. It’s right off the Dehradun Road, so we see a lot of travelers passing through, though they rarely stop in the village itself. Working out here is a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big city, but we still keep very busy with the food production. The air is a bit clearer, but inside the plant, it’s all about the hustle. We have a lot of local folks from the village working with us, which makes the atmosphere feel a bit like a big family. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the road a mess, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a straightforward operation without any of those modern office frills. We have our equipment and our storage, and that is about it. The Dehradun Road can get really packed during the holidays, making it a bit of a challenge to get our shipments out on time. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. Instead, we are focused on the bags and the crates and making sure the machines don’t break down. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there is a certain pride in seeing the trucks loaded up at the end of a long shift. We just do the work, close up the gates, and head back to our homes in the village.
