We are located out on the Rishikesh Road, near the Jolly Grant area. It’s a good spot because people are always traveling between the airport and the town. I spend most of my day here surrounded by food supplies and crates. Dealing with food means you have to be careful about everything. We check the dates and the packaging every single day. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and making sure the storage is right. The weather here can be tricky. When it gets really hot or too rainy, it affects how we have to handle things. We are a small local operation. Most of our customers are folks from nearby or people who have been buying from us for years. We don't really do much in the way of fancy branding. We just have our name on the side of the building. My family has been involved in this kind of work for a long time. It’s what I know. Sometimes the truck deliveries are late because of the traffic on the main road, and we just have to wait. You learn to be patient in this business. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing our jobs and making sure the food goes out like it should. It's a plain, simple life and it keeps us busy. We just try to keep the inventory moving and the shelves full.
