We’ve been at 34, Sanjay Colony for a long time now. Most people around Guru Road know where we are because of the trucks coming in and out. Atal Foods (P) Ltd. isn't some giant factory you’d see in the movies, it’s just our place where we get the work done every single day. The morning starts early here, usually before the sun is even fully up. Someone has to unlock the heavy front gate, and then the noise starts. It’s a bit loud sometimes with the machinery and the guys talking, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with food products. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we spend more time making sure the stuff inside is right than worrying about the decor. Sanjay Colony is a busy spot, and Guru Road always has something going on. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for the deliveries to get through, but we manage. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the paperwork piles up. It’s not fancy. There are some old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. But we know where everything is. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone drinking tea or arguing about a delivery schedule. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done. We don't really do big speeches or fancy posters. We just show up at the address and stay until the work is finished.
