You can find us at number 28, right by the post office in Hathi Barkala. We are very close to the Survey of India office, which is the big landmark everyone uses to find their way here. We have been making food stuff in this spot for a while now. The building is an old one, but it works for what we need. We have the kitchen setup in the back and a small area in the front where we handle the orders. It is a lot of hard work, especially when we have a big batch of something to get finished by the end of the day. The smell of whatever we are cooking usually drifts out into the street. Sometimes people just follow their noses to find us. We use a lot of local ingredients and spend our mornings prepping everything by hand. It is a lot of chopping and stirring and keeping an eye on the timers. The staff is like a small family, and we usually eat our lunch together in the back room. We don't have any fancy signs or big displays, just the name on the door and the work we do inside. It gets hot in the kitchen, but that is just part of the job. We just keep at it, day after day, in our little corner of Hathi Barkala. It is a busy life but it is ours.
