Pata Ji Foods Private Limited is basically run out of a spot in P O Badowala. We are set up with Mr. Mayank Meletha, and it’s a pretty quiet area compared to the city. Dealing with food stuff means there is always a lot of cleaning and checking to do. It’s not a big corporate setup at all. Most of the time, it's just a few of us making sure the bags are packed right and the stock is where it needs to be. We’ve had our fair share of mistakes, like forgetting to order supplies on time or dealing with a leaky pipe in the back room. That’s just how it goes when you’re doing things yourself without a huge team. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just hope people like what we do. The road out here to Badowala can get a bit rough during the rains, which makes getting things delivered a bit of a headache sometimes. But we’ve lived here a long time, so we’re used to it. The work is steady, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even have to come in on Sundays if there's a big load to handle. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process. It's just a local business trying to get by and provide for our families while making sure the food is handled properly. There isn't much more to it than that.
