Nk Foods And Beverages Private Limited is based out of Defence Colony, specifically at C-50 in Sector 2. This part of Dehradun, 248001, is generally a bit quieter than the main bazaar areas, which we quite like. It feels more like a community here. The office is really just a functional space where we handle all the food and drink business. We have a lot of boxes coming in and out throughout the week. Sometimes the front gate squeaks a bit when the trucks pull in, but we haven't gotten around to oiling it yet. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a desk covered in notes or out back checking the inventory. Defence Colony is a good place to be because it’s easy to get to, but it doesn't feel like you're in the middle of a chaotic city center. We’ve grown fond of the trees along the road and the way the light hits the building in the late afternoon. There’s always a kettle on for tea somewhere in the back. Working in the food industry means there is always something to track or a date to check. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything organized. It’s just a regular bunch of us working hard at C-50, and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood.
