Our place, Arhaan Food And Applications Private Limited, is over on 3-Bell Road in the Bharu Wala Grant area. We are pretty close to Graphic Era University in Clement Town, so there are always students and people moving around Subhash Nagar. It’s a lively part of Dehradun. Our building is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. Inside, we spend our time working on different food applications and getting our products ready for whoever needs them. It isn't always a smooth process. Sometimes we try out a new way of doing things and it just doesn't work, so we have to go back to the old way. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge budget. We are just a group of people who know a lot about food and want to make something useful for others. The office part of our building is usually a bit of a mess with papers and samples everywhere. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, that’s the first thing to go. It’s just how we operate. Being near the university means we see a lot of young people around, which keeps the energy up. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure everything is safe. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished brochures. We just talk to people like normal and try to get our work done. It’s a lot of long hours, but we are used to the grind.
