Jyotshna Agarwal operates out of Ganeshram Compound on Hill Cart Road in Siliguri. Hill Cart Road is one of those main arteries that everyone uses to get around. Our spot in the compound is fairly easy to get to once you are in the 734001 area. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always something happening outside. Inside the compound, things are a bit more tucked away. We have our office set up simply. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the work that needs to be done. We have been in Siliguri for a long time. The office is not very modern, but it has everything we need to stay on top of our tasks. We spend most of our daylight hours here. Sometimes the rains make the road a bit messy, but that is just life in this part of the country. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just provide a place where people can come and talk to us. It is a very local kind of place. You won't find any shiny glass walls or corporate art here. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of work. Being on Hill Cart Road means we are right in the middle of things, which we actually quite like. It keeps us connected to the rest of the city and the people living here.
