Abhi Das

I’m Abhi Das and I've been running things from here in Siliguri for a while now. We’re located over in the Powergrid area of Vidyutnagar, which is right by the Satellite Township. It’s a pretty specific spot in the Jalpaiguri district. Most people around here know the landmark since it’s quite big. This isn't some fancy high-rise office or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we get the work done every day. Sometimes the weather gets a bit wild, especially during the monsoon, and the roads can get a little messy, but we still show up. I started this because I wanted to do something local. My family has been around this part of West Bengal for years, so it felt right to set up here. The address is 734218 if you’re looking at a map. It’s not always quiet, especially with the power station stuff nearby, but you get used to the hum of the area. We have a small desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s a bit cluttered if I’m honest. I usually make tea for whoever drops by. People stop in to chat or ask questions about what we’re doing. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out when things get busy. We don’t have a big corporate manual. We just figure things out as we go along and try to keep everything moving. It’s a simple way of working.
