D Sarkar is located over by Hati More in the Subhas Pally neighborhood. It is one of those spots in Siliguri that everyone seems to pass through at some point. The traffic around the junction can be quite a lot during the rush hours, but it is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We have been at this address for a good while, and the locals are used to seeing us around. The office is small and filled with various things we have gathered over the years. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend our days meeting with folks who drop in from the surrounding streets. Subhas Pally is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there is always something going on. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just carry on with what we were doing.
