The shop is right on Shaktigarh Road No 6, just opposite the Cable Centre. Being in Siliguri Bazar means there is always something going on outside our door. We do a mix of things here, handling computer-related work and also sorting out tours for people who want to travel. It started because we realized people needed both. One minute I might be helping someone with a system issue and the next I am looking at train or flight tickets. It keeps the day interesting. The space is a bit cramped with all the equipment and travel brochures, but it works for us. We have been at this address for a while now, and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend much on decorations or big signs. The focus is just on getting the tasks done. Whether it’s a technical problem or someone planning a holiday, we just handle it as it comes. Siliguri is a big transit hub, so there is never a dull moment. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, which is just how it is here. We just wait it out and get back to work. If you are passing through the Bazar area, you’ll see our spot. It’s a simple business run by regular people who know the local area and the machines.
