Rehariyaram Farmer Producer Company Limited

We've been operating out of Eswariganj Banauli for a while now. Satyanam's place is the main spot where we gather. We’re mostly local farmers who got tired of trying to do everything on our own. It’s much better when we can talk to each other about what’s working in the fields and what isn't. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our records and plan the next season. We focus on the actual farming part of life. Dealing with seeds, fertilizers, and the trucks to move our produce takes up most of our time. It’s a busy life here in Banauli. Some days are good, some are a bit of a struggle when the weather doesn't behave. We don't have fancy titles or big suits. We’re usually in the fields anyway. Being a producer company just helps us get better prices and maybe save a bit on the things we need to buy. It’s a local effort, through and through. We know each other's families and the history of the land around here. It feels right to work this way, helping each other out instead of competing. If you're looking for us, we’re probably near the main road or checking on the crops. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it. We are just regular people making a living.
