It is a local operation through and through. We are just a collection of farmers from around the Saran district who wanted to do things a bit differently. Our pin code is 841412. Most of us have been farming our whole lives, just like our fathers did. We decided to start this company because it was getting harder to make ends meet on our own. It’s not a fancy business with a big website or anything. We mostly talk face-to-face. If there is a problem with the harvest or the seeds, we just meet up at the office and talk it through. Sometimes the meetings are short, and sometimes they go on until dark. We are just trying to find better ways to sell what we grow. It is practical work. We don't use big words or have complicated plans. We just look at what we have and try to find a buyer who will give us a fair price. It is tough work, and there are days when nothing seems to go right. But we are all in this together, so we just keep moving. It is just a local group trying to help our village stay strong through the changing seasons.
