We are set up over near Ngp College at Sri Ram Garden in Kalapatti. It’s a decent area and being at No. 1/3 and 1/4 gives us enough room for our daily operations. We aren't doing anything too complicated here. We mostly focus on getting orders sorted and making sure things are moving out the door. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for a change. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and talking to folks on the phone. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. It's more of a functional space where we get the real work done. We’ve got a small team and everyone wears a lot of hats. One minute someone is handling paperwork and the next they are helping load a truck. It’s just the way small businesses like ours work. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when a lot of stuff arrives at once, it gets a bit crowded with boxes in the hallway. We’ve been in this part of Kalapatti for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the place. It’s a practical setup for us. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of everything without making a big fuss about it. When the rain comes down hard, we have to move things away from the door, but we've got a good system for it now. It’s just us, doing our thing every day.
