You can find us at 218, Dr. Nanjappa Road. It’s a busy street, and our doors are usually open to whoever walks in looking for a specific tool or a piece of machinery. Hardware Tools & Machinery Mart is exactly what the name says. We have shelves filled with stuff, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find that one specific bolt or wrench someone is looking for, but we always find it. It’s a bit dusty, and there’s always a faint smell of oil and metal in the air, which is how a tool shop should be. We’ve been on this road for quite some time now. We know the mechanics and the builders who come in every week. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most of our stock is right there where you can see it. If a machine breaks down, people come to us because they know we might have the part sitting in a box somewhere in the back. It’s a simple business. We buy tools, we sell them, and we try to help people figure out what they need for their projects. We don’t use scripts when we talk to customers. We just talk like normal people. If we don’t have something, we’ll tell you straight. That’s how we’ve always done it here on Dr. Nanjappa Road. It’s a lot of work, but seeing someone leave with exactly what they needed makes it worth the effort. That is enough for us today.
