If you’ve ever driven down Sakthi Road in Saravanampatti, you know how busy it gets. Shri Jayamurugan Agencies is right there at 227 B, and we see the traffic crawling by all day long. It’s a fast-growing part of Coimbatore, but we try to keep things grounded. Our shop isn't anything elaborate. It’s a practical space where we store what people need for their building projects. We spend a lot of time on our feet, talking to contractors and guys who just need a few supplies for a home repair. There’s usually a bit of dust on the counter and the sound of horns honking outside. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, checking the books and moving stock around. The morning starts with unloading the new arrivals, and by evening, we’re usually tired but satisfied. Saravanampatti has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops and more people now, but our little corner on Sakthi Road remains pretty much the same. We know most of the regular drivers who pass through this part of town. We don’t do a lot of shouting about what we have; people just know where to find us when they have a job to do. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We just keep the doors open and stay busy.
