You can find us at No:114 on Dr. Nanjappa Road. This is right in the middle of Coimbatore Central, so it’s always crowded with people and bikes. Our shop is filled with all kinds of tools and hardware. It’s a bit cluttered inside South Tools Centre, but we know exactly where every single item is located. From wrenches to small power tools, we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. People from all over the city come in looking for specific parts or just some advice on what tool to use for a project they are doing at home. We spend most of the day on our feet behind the wooden counter. The shop has that specific smell of metal and lubricant that you only find in old tool stores. We don’t have fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just rows of bins and boxes stacked up to the ceiling. Being in Coimbatore Central means we get all sorts of customers every day. We’ve been at this location for a long time, and the building shows its age, but it works perfectly for what we need. We handle the sales, the inventory, and the occasional repair right here in the back. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of heavy lifting. We don't use any complicated computers. We just write everything down and order more when the shelf looks empty.
