We are based in Satyanna Nagar, which is in the Avilala area of Tirupati. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main parts of the city but quiet enough to get work done. The college building is a simple structure with several floors. We have been here for some time now. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone arrives. We spend a lot of our time in the offices or the classrooms. The weather in Tirupati can get very warm, so we appreciate the shade when we can find it. There are a few trees around the property that we try to look after. Our staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We don't use any complicated systems; we just keep track of things in our ledgers and on the computers when the power is steady. The street outside is mostly residential, so we don't get too much heavy traffic. We see the same people walking to the nearby shops every day. It’s a very local feel here. Inside the college, things are pretty straightforward. We have desks, chairs, and the usual stuff you’d find in a place like this. We handle the admissions and the daily schedules without much fuss. We often have to move chairs around for different meetings or clean up the lobby after a busy morning. The stairs are a bit narrow, so everyone has to be careful when moving between floors. It's just a regular place where people come to get their work done and then go home.
