Icfai Cpad

Our office for Icfai Cpad is located on the 2nd floor of building 1 87 in Jaya Nagar Colony. We are over in the Biragi Pateda area of Tirupati. It’s a busy enough spot and being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning since there isn't always an elevator working right. We have been here for a bit now and the staff is used to the layout. It is a practical space for us to handle the daily operations and meetings that come up. Tirupati is a busy place so being tucked away in Jaya Nagar Colony helps us stay focused on the work. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy, just the door with the name on it. Most of the time it's just the sound of keyboards and people talking through the next steps of a project. We keep things pretty low-key around here. The desks are a bit old but they hold up fine for what we need. It can get a little warm in the afternoons but we manage. If you’re coming to see us, you just head up the stairs and we are right there. It’s not a corporate headquarters type of place, just a workspace where we get things finished. We like being in this part of town because it feels more like a community than just a business district.
