Since we are a junior college, we specifically deal with those crucial two years of intermediate education that happen after tenth grade. It is a busy time for the students because they are all thinking about their future careers and their upcoming entrance exams. Our building is located in the heart of Chittoor, so it is quite easy for everyone to get to by bus or auto. It is not a quiet place, as there is always someone talking about lessons or a group of students studying together in the corner. We do not have a lot of extra stuff that is not necessary for education. We mostly just focus on the books and the daily classes. The teachers here are quite practical people. They know that these two years go by very fast for the students. We have simple classrooms with enough benches for everyone to sit. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it is here in Andhra. We have seen many batches of students come and go through our doors over the years. Some go off to engineering, others to commerce or arts. It is always interesting to see where they end up. We are just a local junior college trying to help the young people of Chittoor.
