We focus on engineering solutions, which basically means we spend our time designing and building things that solve problems for other businesses. The workshop at Zonap Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is always full of projects in various stages of completion. Some days we are drawing up plans, and other days we are out on the floor putting parts together. It is a mix of mental work and physical labor. We have some good machinery here that helps us stay precise. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, so there is always the sound of transport and manufacturing in the background. We have grown a bit since we first moved in, but we still feel like a small outfit. Everyone knows their job and we do not need much supervision. We keep things honest and just tell them how long it will actually take. No point in making promises we cannot keep when materials are delayed or the machines need some maintenance.
