Sree Annai Engineering Services

Sree Annai Engineering Services is on the 2nd floor of No. 173 on Vanniyar Street. We are situated near the Vijay Nagar area, which is a fairly active part of the city. Being on the second floor means we have to haul everything up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout depending on what we are carrying that day. The workspace is filled with various machines, drafting tables, and different metal parts. It is not a large area, so we have to be careful about where we step to avoid tripping over cords or scrap materials on the ground. The windows look out over Vanniyar Street, and you can see the other shops and houses nearby. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons because the roof isn't very thick, so we keep the fans going at full speed to stay cool. We spend a lot of our time looking at diagrams and operating the machinery to get the pieces just right for the jobs we have. It is noisy work, and we often have to shout to be heard over the sound of the grinders and other equipment. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room for visitors; usually, you just walk right into the middle of the workspace where we are busy. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks here and there. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try to keep our heads down.
