Zayan Plantations Llp is located over at 128, Suraj Towers on Lattice Bridge Road. We are based in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. It’s a pretty central spot which helps when we need to get things moved around. Our focus is on the plantation side of things, dealing with crops and land management across the region. We aren't a big corporate giant; we are just a Limited Liability Partnership trying to do a good job. The office is where we do all the planning and keep our records. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too flashy or impressive. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people at the sites and making sure supplies are arriving on time. Chennai weather is always a factor, especially when it rains hard and the roads get flooded. We’ve had some long days here trying to get the logistics sorted out. Lattice Bridge Road is always crowded, so getting to work takes some patience. We just want to run our plantations without too much drama. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We manage land and we grow things. It’s a simple enough goal, even if the daily work is often complicated by small problems. Most of the people working here have been with us for a bit, so we know how each other works. It’s just us trying to make the business a success in a tough market.
