Kalai Exports

We’ve been at this spot on Anna Salai for a while now. It’s a busy part of Teynampet, right at New No. 534. The traffic outside is always loud but we’re used to it. Kalai Exports is just us doing our daily work. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and checking on shipments. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. People stop by sometimes to ask about what we do, and we just tell them we handle the logistics of getting things from here to there. It’s not always smooth. Sometimes there are delays at the port or issues with the trucks, but that’s just how this business goes. We try to keep things organized. Usually, the phone starts ringing early in the morning. We don’t really do big advertising campaigns. Most of the people we work with have known us for years. It's a small team here. We make tea in the afternoon and talk about the news or the weather. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in the office when we have a lot of samples lying around. We’ve thought about moving to a bigger place but this location is convenient for everyone. You can find us here Monday through Saturday. It’s a practical setup, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us and the people we deal with. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
