Ruby Overseas

We are based at No. Cf-1 in the Akshaya Flats, which is on Murugappa Reddy Street in Venkatapuram. It's a residential-feeling area in Ambattur, so it is a bit different from the big industrial zones nearby. We run our overseas trade operations from this office. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to manage our files and take calls. We deal with various products and help move them to different markets. Being in Ambattur is convenient because it’s a well-known hub. We’ve been here for several years now. The office is often quiet, except for the sound of the keyboard or someone talking to a supplier. We don't put on any airs about being a big international firm. We are just a small group of people working hard to make sure our clients get what they need. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked scooters, but that’s just life here. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we have known for a long time. We try to be reliable and just tell it like it is. If there is a problem with a shipment, we just work on fixing it. It’s simple, honest work that we do every day. We have been here for a while and plan to stay for the future.
