Mahalaxmi Agro

We are located at F-15 in the Kg-Plaza, which is across units 41-44 on General Patters Road. If you know this area, you know how crowded and loud it gets with all the traffic and people moving about. Mahalaxmi Agro has been here for a good number of years now. We mostly deal with things related to farming, like different types of seeds and some basic equipment that the farmers from the outskirts come to buy. The office is small and usually filled with the smell of earth and dried goods because we keep samples right on the main table. The lift in Kg-Plaza is quite old and half the time it doesn't work, so we end up walking up the stairs. It’s a bit of a workout every morning. My father started this business and I just sort of took over when he got too tired to manage the daily grind. We don't have any big advertisements or a team of sales people. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We drink a lot of tea from the stall downstairs while we talk to customers about the weather and how the crops are doing. It's a simple life. We close up around seven in the evening and head home. We aren't trying to do anything revolutionary here. We just want to provide decent supplies to the people who grow our food and keep this shop running.
