Akkan Agro

We are down at 5 C on Sembudoss Street in the Parrys area. If you know Parrys, you know how crowded and narrow the streets can get. It is an old part of the city, and our building has been around for a long time. There is a lot of history in these walls, even if they could use a fresh coat of paint. We have a small office where we handle all the day-to-day things. It’s not very big, and the desks are a bit old, but it’s where we feel at home. The street outside is always full of life, with people moving goods and bikes squeezing past each other. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long through the windows. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures or big marketing plans. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings. Most of the people we deal with are local, and we’ve known some of them for years. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it gets really hot, maybe have some tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t try to be something we’re not. Akkan Agro is just a small operation in a busy street, and we are fine with that. We just focus on keeping things moving and making sure the work is finished properly before the sun goes down and we head back home.
