You can find Zaeem Engineering Co. at 93, Second Line Beach, right in the heart of Parrys Corner. It’s an old part of town, and being near Murugan Stores means we are always surrounded by the local hustle. The streets here are narrow and always full of lorries and cycles, which is just part of being in this area. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time. The building has that old feel to it, and the salt air from the coast sometimes gets in. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through technical problems and sorting out orders. We don’t have a flashy showroom. It is more of a practical workspace where we keep our tools and materials. Parrys is the kind of place where everyone is doing something, and we fit right into that. If you come by, you might see us moving crates or checking over some machinery. It’s not always neat, but it’s real work. We know the other shop owners on the street and how the rhythm of the market goes. Some days are loud and hectic, while others are just steady. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people who understand engineering and decided to set up shop in one of the busiest corners of the city. We deal with the heat and the noise just like everyone else does.
