Yes Yes Engineering has its head office at No. 9/4 on Thiruvaluvar Street. We are located right behind the big Britannia factory in Tmp Nagar, Padi. It is a very recognizable spot because of the smell of biscuits that sometimes drifts over when the wind is right. Our shop is more about grease and metal than baking, though. We do various engineering jobs, focusing on mechanical parts and assembly work. The street is usually crowded with vehicles, especially since it is near such a large landmark like the Britannia plant. Our office is a simple room with a few desks, but the real work happens in the back area where we keep the equipment. We are not a large corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team doing our thing. People in Padi know us for being around and just getting the work done. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or polished speeches. If someone has a technical issue or needs a part fabricated, they just come in and talk to us directly. It is a very informal way of doing business, but it works for us. We have been in Tmp Nagar for a long time and we like the pace of things here. It is just about being reliable and keeping the shop open every day.
