We are located at No. 17/1 on 48th Street, right over in Ashok Nagar. It’s part of Ninth Avenue, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Chennai. Our name is Vithree Cuisine Llp. We spend most of our time inside these walls getting things sorted for the day. Ashok Nagar has a specific feel to it, lots of houses mixed in with small offices and shops like ours. The 600083 area code is home to a lot of people who have been here for decades. We aren't some big shiny corporation with a glass building. We just have our space on the 48th Street corner. It gets pretty dusty out there on the road, so we are always dusting off the desks and the equipment. It is a lot of work just keeping everything running, but we don't mind it much. It’s honest work. Every morning the tea stall nearby opens up and that’s usually when we start our day too. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anyone telling us how to speak. We just talk like normal people. If you come by Tamil Nadu and head into Chennai, you’ll find us tucked away. It’s a busy street but once you get inside it’s just us focusing on what needs to be done. We’ve been here long enough to know all the local delivery guys by name.
