If you are looking for Vinus Physiotherapy Clinic, we are tucked away at No 12 on 3rd Cross Street in Adyar. It’s right across from the CCD in Teachers Colony, which makes it easy to explain to people who haven't been here before. Kathuribai Nagar is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Our clinic isn’t very big. We have a couple of treatment tables and some basic gear for exercises and stretches. I usually spend my day working with people who have stiff backs or messed up knees from playing sports or just getting older. It’s mostly manual work and showing people how to move better so they aren't in pain. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend more time on the patients than the decor. It’s usually just the sound of the fan and some quiet talking in here while we work. We see a lot of folks from the nearby colony walking in. Some stay for an hour, some just need a quick adjustment. It’s a steady pace most days and we like it that way. I like being in Adyar because the people are friendly and they usually listen to the advice I give them. We don't have a front desk person all the time, so sometimes the phone rings a bit. We just do our best with what we have here for the community.
