Apple Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is at 1/5-B East Coast Road, right in that area between Kottivakkam and Palavakkam. It’s a ground floor spot which is good because most of our patients have trouble walking or have bad backs. We have a few treatment tables and some of those big exercise balls rolling around the floor. There are some weights and stretchy bands too. The traffic on ECR is always zooming by outside, so you can hear the bikes and cars all day long. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a few chairs. The walls are painted a light blue color. We spend most of our time helping people do their stretches or using the machines on their shoulders and knees. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking noise but it keeps the place cool during the summer. We have a small desk where we write down the appointments in a big paper ledger book. A lot of people from the nearby apartments walk over for their sessions. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy decorations, just the stuff needed for physical therapy. The curtains between the tables are a bit faded from the sun coming in the front window. We open up early and usually stay until the evening rush hour starts. It’s just us here doing the work. We try to keep things moving along smoothly.
